Fourteen days after delivery, if the bottle is still sealed.

What we take back

Unopened bottles, labels intact, in their original packaging. Once a cork or cap has been lifted, the bottle stays with you. That is both the law on alcohol and simple hygiene.

How to return

Write to hello@victorybeverage.store with your order number and the bottles you want to send back. We reply with a return address or a prepaid label, depending on the case.

Ship the parcel as you received it, well padded. We are not responsible for breakage on the way back.

Refunds

Once the bottles are checked in, the refund goes to the original payment method within a few working days. Outbound shipping is refunded only if the error was ours: a wrong bottle, a shortage, or damage we caused.

Wrong or missing

If the order is incomplete or not what you bought, tell us as soon as you open the box. We send the missing bottles or arrange a return at our cost.
